When you register to vote, you’ll also have the option to enroll in the New York State Donate Life Registry (Registry), a confidential database of people who have signed up to donate their organs, eyes and/or tissues after their death.

Our State and County Boards of Election have the latest available forms, deadlines, and instructions, as well as information on how to be trained and hired as a poll worker, and what voting machines to expect at your polling place.
