The new Legal Center on LWV.org showcases where the League is fighting for voters’ rights and civil rights in courts around the country.
We’ve launched the center with a number of important historic and active cases on our docket, and we’ll continue to build out the center with our legal work as it happens. Users can sort cases by status, state, and topic area, and use the search bar to find cases by name.
Litigation is a major part of the League’s work to empower voters and defend democracy and civil rights, and we’re excited to showcase the important work we’re doing in courts across the country.
