Membership in the League of Women Voters is open to everyone over age 16, and it’s “not for women only.” There are over 40 local Leagues across New York State and over 700 across the country. When you join our League, you also become a member of the New York State and the national Leagues, which each take a portion of your dues.
This membership opens resources for learning about well-studied issues; opportunities to get involved in local, state and national issues; and some of the most interesting, informed, and engaged people you will meet in any organization. Your donations help keep us running. To learn more about how we use your dues and gifts, scroll down.
Two-thirds of your dues and 100% of your donations are tax deductible. You can pay online using the buttons below — or pay by check(s), directions are way below the buttons. Clicking the PAY DUES button takes you to the National League dues portal. Suggestions to help you navigate it are immediately below the buttons.
Please use our secure payment button (below) to pay your annual dues and, if you would, make a donation. You should receive an emailed automatic acknowledgement following payment verification.
After you have paid, there will be additional (optional) pages asking you about your interests — should you want to complete these later, feel free.
